OVENS - GLASS DRYING ELECTRIC OVEN

Construction :-
The unit has a triple walled construction. The inner chamber is made of SS & outer chamber is made of SS / MS with powder coated finish and glasswool insulation of 65 mm between walls.

Control System :-
Microprocessor based temperature controller controls the heating process and digital timer with audio/visual alarm system is provided. A SS finned heater is used for heating process. A Motorized Forced Air Circulation by blower motor arrangement on top of oven for uniformity of temp of the inside chamber. The flush door is fitted with a virgin square silicon rubber gasket and is also fitted with special lock and handle.

Temp Range :-
Ambient to 250º C with readability of ±0.1ºC.Uniformity of temp:2%of FSD.
 

Optional :-
On demand Software based Microprocessor programmable PID controller with Time proportionate bands, data logger & cyclic timer, real clock battery backup, RAM memory, printer & PC interface controller with PT-100 sensor can be provided with the unit at Extra cost.
