The Styrofoam Block
Compressor is used to hold the Styrofoam block and the
treatment tray while pouring in the alloy. The block
compressor will hold a maximum Styrofoam block size of
12 3/4” square and a maximum treatment tray width of 12
3/4”.
A 3mm thick Silicon rubber pad is placed under the
Styrofoam to seal all voids when using Styrofoam that
does not have a planed surface. The top plate can be
tightened by turning the knobs on the threaded rods.
The GLOBAL make block compression plate is made up of
anodized Aluminum plate with outer size: 16” x16” x 6mm
high polished & buffed finish material
