BATHS - CONSTANT TEMPERATURE WATER BATH (HEATING)

The unit has a double walled construction made up of St.Steel SS-304 metal sheet, duly argon welded, and an outer body made up of GI/MS with an epoxy powder coated finish. The gap between the walls is filled with high density glasswool insulation of 40 mm thickness.

Temp. Range :-

5°C above ambient to +95°C.

Heating is achieved by using immersion type SS hot+cold zone type flange heater fitted at the top and uniformity of water temperature is achieved by water circulation with the help of a centrifugal pump cum stirrer, which is mounted on a plate and fitted from top side of the bath.

Accuracy :-
±0.1°C with digital microprocessor PID controller cum indicator and PT-100 sensor with a water-level solid state electronic watch dog circuit to maintain the level of water in the tank, buzzer for heater cut-off to prevent the dry run of the heater and a drain cock of SS is provided for easy drainage of water

On demand software based MICROCONTROLLER PID based with TIME proportionate band, data logger with cyclic timer, real clock battery back-up, RAM memory , Printer & PC Interface with PT-100 Sensor, RAMP / SOAK / HOLD / SKIP / ABORT Etc Mode can be provided with UNIT at EXTRA COST.
